RMantra Solutions is seeking to hire a Java Fullstack developer with expertise in Spring Boot for roles such as Full Stack Software Developer and Senior Java API Developer. Location: Ashburn, Virginia (Hybrid) will work onsite a couple of days weekly. Clearance: Must have either an active Department of Homeland Security (DHS) full Background Investigation (BI) or Top Secret or higher clearance. Will obtain a DHS Full BI clearance This position will involve working on mission-critical projects using and Agile Scrum methodologies. This role entails 75% development in Java and Spring Boot. Key Responsibilities
Application Development: Design, develop, code, and implement software applications, often using the Twelve-Factor App methodology. API and Microservices: Develop and design microservices and RESTful APIs. Cloud Integration: Work with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and sometimes mentor junior staff. Testing and Quality: Maintain high standards of software quality using best practices and automated testing, including tools like JUnit and Selenium. Required Technical Skills
Programming Languages & Frameworks: Strong knowledge of modern Java (version 8+)
