The Executive Director will develop and manage budgets, monitor key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and cost control. Daily responsibilities include coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, working closely with vendors and contractors, and partnering with senior leadership to align facility operations with organizational goals.
