Facility Operations Manager
This position requires an active Secret clearance to be considered.
The Facility Operations Manager will assist with CBP's acquisition; funding management and budget tasks; and facility operations
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Facility Operations Specialist Responsibilities Include:
  • Supports project needs including acquisition management and analysis.
  • Assists in managing acquisition activities, including timelines, documentation, and performance measures.
  • Develops acquisition-related documents per USACE, FAA, GSA, CBP, HSAR, and FAR regulations.
  • Prepares requirements documentation and assists with Market Research and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA).
  • Aids in creating Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) and lifecycle costs, including market research and price analysis.
  • Collects and analyzes data for cost estimation and creates templates for the cost estimating process.
  • Develops and tracks cost estimates, leads metrics development, and provides cost estimation training.
  • Manages funding, tracks budgets, and submits Purchase Requisition Requests (PRRs) in SAP and TRIRIGA.
  • Supports maintenance and repair planning, provides budget and execution strategy recommendations.
  • Maintains data and contract information for reporting, manages task order documentation, and tracks funding.
  • Oversees facility MRO program data, maintenance contracts, and building systems.
  • Monitors maintenance work, supports repair solutions, and ensures environmental task completion and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8 or more years' experience in facilities management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must have experience using SAP (ERP System).
  • Must have experience in IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
  • Must be able to attain a CBP Public Trust clearance.
