Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), HVAC controls, and safety regulations is typically required, and certifications such as OSHA or IFMA credentials are highly valued. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills help manage maintenance teams and coordinate with other departments. These skills ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and the smooth functioning of facilities.
