At Closet Factory of Raleigh, we help you turn your natural talents into a rewarding, full-time career in sales and design. You’ll help clients transform their homes through custom-designed organizational solutions—all while enjoying the satisfaction of improving their lives and getting paid well to do it.

What You’ll Do:

  • Meet pre-qualified leads provided by Closet Factory or Self-Generated (no cold calling required)
  • Visit clients in their homes to assess needs and design custom organizational solutions
  • Design spaces using CAD tools or design software (we provide training)
  • Present your design vision and pricing with clarity and confidence
  • Build trust, close the sale, and manage customer relationships
  • Enhance your customer base via networking and social media
  • Once a month campaign or

  • Has access to a vehicle for client site visits
  • Is proficient with computer skills (able to learn CAD)
