Job description

BrightPipe is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to support our office, warehouse, and nearby residential properties. This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works independently, and enjoys solving problems across a wide variety of maintenance and repair projects.

This role is ideal for a skilled professional with experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and general property maintenance who is looking for stability, variety, and ownership of their work. Most of the work here is completed by one person without direct supervision.


What You'll Do

  • Perform maintenance and repairs for office, warehouse, and residential properties
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, hardware, and building systems
  • Complete drywall, painting, trim, fixture installation, and finish work
  • Assist with small renovation and improvement projects
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when needed
  • Identify and address maintenance issues before they become larger problems
  • Maintain organized work areas, tools, and supplies
  • Ensure all work is completed professionally, safely, and with attention to detail
