Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a full-time Spa Manager for our full-service spa. Spa Manager Performance Will Be Based on the Following Metrics:
Membership Conversion
You understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to educate and delight clients, encouraging them to join our Lifestyle Program.
Revenue Growth
You know how to drive revenue through strategic scheduling, marketing initiatives, service upgrades, and retail opportunities.
