Job Description

FaceTec is seeking to hire Software Engineers with broad and deep skillsets to join our San Diego R&D Team! You will be developing, maintaining, and scaling FaceTec's Products and Tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.

  • 3+ years of Android, iOS, C++, Web, or other relevant software engineering experience.

  • 3+ years of experience development on projects that use Java, C++, or other typed programming language.

  • Must be proficient with debugging and testing software.

  • Expertise with Git, branching strategies, merging, Pull Requests etc.

  • Proficient with the command line and scripting.

  • Excellent problem solving and debugging skills, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience using Cloud Providers like AWS, Azure, Google, etc.

  • Excellent skills with MacOS, iOS, Xcode, Android, Android Studio, Visual Studio Code, Typescript.

  • Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

  • Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision is ideal, but not required.
