At Hennessey Agency, we're redefining what it means to work in insurance: tech-savvy, community-minded, and proudly women-owned.

We're looking for a creative, organized part-time team member to manage our social media presence and provide office support. This role suits someone who wants meaningful marketing experience, enjoys variety in their work, and can operate independently with minimal oversight.

Insurance experience is not required. We're looking for someone sharp, reliable, and comfortable working with both people and content.

Responsibilities

Social Media (primary focus):

Create and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook

Develop a monthly content calendar and pitch ideas, not just execute them

Take and edit photos/video for posts (team, office, community events, client wins)

Track what's performing and adjust based on results

Keep the agency's voice consistent: friendly, approachable, real people behind the brand

Office Support:

Answer phones and greet clients when needed

Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining client records

Help prep materials for client meetings and community events

General office organization and support for the team as needed


Requirements

Proficiency with Instagram and Facebook content creation and scheduling tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar)

Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation, research, and daily workflow

Strong writing skills with the ability to capture a friendly, approachable tone

Reliable, organized, and capable of managing time and priorities independently

Comfortable in a small office environment, including answering phones and supporting the team as needed
