Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Business Systems Analyst supports the development, execution, and ongoing maintenance of commercial business systems across AFNA. This role partners closely with commercial functions-including Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Customer Service, Commercial Finance and R&D -to understand business needs and lead system improvements for key platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC) and related commercial reporting. Serving as the primary liaison to IT for all SFDC enhancements, the role also provides training, ad-hoc reporting, and day-to-day system administration. In addition, the position supports other commercial enablement tools, including SalesLoft, Crystal, and BombBomb, ensuring teams have the resources required to operate efficiently and continuously improve productivity.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
  • Oversee ongoing maintenance for key ValuePlus Enablers tools-including Salesforce (primary focus), SalesLoft, Crystal, and BombBomb-ensuring accurate access, strong data integrity, timely issue resolution, and reliable reporting and dashboards, as well as lead their effectiveness by delivering training, coaching, and ongoing support to cross-functional teams.
  • Act as the central point of contact for commercial teams, providing timely and effective ad-hoc support across all enabler platforms.
  • Serve as a key liaison with IT and team members for system troubleshooting, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the primary resource for SFDC guidance within the Business Group, ensuring process alignment and driving system improvements based on commercial needs.
  • Collaborate globally across Business Groups to maintain SFDC consistency, particularly within Flexibles.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships through clear communication, proactive engagement, and consistent service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of key reports and dashboards that strengthen business intelligence and support leadership decisions.

Compensation
The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $64,700 to $80,900; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $64,700 to $97,100 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.The salary range provided reflects the anticipated base pay for this role at the time of this posting. This range is applicable to positions performed in jurisdictions with pay transparency requirements, including CA, CO, CT, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, NV, NJ, NY, RI, VT, WA, Washington DC, as well as remote roles that may be performed in these locations. Compensation for roles performed outside of these jurisdictions may vary. The Company reserves the right to modify this range at any time.
