As the IT Director your responsibilities will include:

  • Risk Management

    • IT Risk Assessment



  • Cybersecurity

    • Framework Assessment (NIST)

    • Ransomware Assessment (RSTAT)



  • Asset Management

  • Facilitate IT Audits/Examinations

  • Conduct Vendor Management Program

Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 5-7 years of progressive IT experience required, banking IT experience preferred

  • 3+ years of leadership experience

  • Extensive Knowledge of Office 365, Aristotle Insight, Tandem, Tenable, KnowB4

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information

  • Dependable with strong attendance and scheduling flexibility
