Sr. Product Manager

We have an opening for a Senior Product Manager to join our fast-growing team! You will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. Leveraging your expertise in product management and digital advertising, you will work cross-functionally to align stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of high-value products that meet customer and business needs.

The ideal candidate will bring a continuous improvement mindset, experience mentoring others, and a passion for delivering results in the fast-paced world of digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs, and effectively communicate it to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, marketing, and account management, to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Prioritize product features, enhancements, and technical debt to maximize value and minimize risk, balancing both strategic and tactical considerations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, leveraging your knowledge to shape product direction.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Drive the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and ongoing improvement.
  • Work closely with development teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business goals.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by defining success metrics and analyzing product performance.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, helping to develop their product management skills and contribute to team growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.


Requirements:

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in defining and delivering impactful product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira/Atlassian tools for managing backlogs, workflows, and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members, fostering growth and learning.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and measure success.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications
