  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, creative and agency partners, growth, partnerships, communications, research, and data science, to deliver integrated programs
  • Develop integrated marketing communications that take a 360-degree approach across digital, social, and traditional channels to support key narratives
  • Track and distill campaign performance to provide data-backed insights, optimize programs, and find new opportunity areas, using a test-and-learn approach

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing or consumer products, with brands at a global scale
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including both brand building and acquisition initiatives
  • Experience using data and consumer research to inform strategy and drive actionable insights
  • Experience partnering with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners to bring strategy to life through quality creative
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns or priorities by assessing impact, deadlines, and stakeholder needs, working with many internal and external teams to ensure seamless launches
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams, and comfort with shifting priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Experience re-energizing established consumer brands at scale
