Over the past decade, the company has experienced significant growth and continues to expand its portfolio, team, and market presence through a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to real estate and community management. From repositioning apartment communities to revitalizing historic properties, Excelsior is focused on creating high-quality living environments while building a company positioned for long-term growth.

At Excelsior Communities, employees have the opportunity to be part of a company that is actively evolving and scaling. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and strengthen the company’s brand presence across social media, websites, Google Business Profile, property listings, advertising, print materials, and internal communications.
  • Create and oversee engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content for digital platforms, campaigns, newsletters, events, resident communications, and promotional materials.
  • Lead social media management, online engagement, review responses, reputation monitoring, and listing accuracy across company and property accounts.
  • Plan, place, and monitor Facebook Ads and Google Ads, tracking campaign performance, ROI, lead generation, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze social media, SEO, website, ad, occupancy, and leasing data to guide marketing strategy and property-specific promotional plans.
  • Support property teams with marketing needs, events, signage, resident engagement, branded materials, content creation, and special projects.
  • Coordinate branded apparel, onboarding materials, promotional merchandise, and property-specific marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with management, property teams, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns, creative initiatives, and company culture efforts.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing
  • 1+ years of experience with Adobe Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
  • Dental insurance
  • Employee discount
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Vision insurance
