RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Ability to perform all services provided at Alchemy Face Bar (Injection therapy services are not required)
  • Commitment to safety and sanitation practices.
  • Attends continuing education classes
  • Opening and/or closing of the spa, stocking of individual stations, and spa maintenance
  • Maintains a courteous and professional correspondence with client while guiding them in reaching their skincare goals
  • Record detailed notes about our guests including, allergies, medications, preferences, etc.
  • Participate in Alchemy Face Bar events and pop-ups
  • Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of supplies.


THE MUST HAVES


  • Valid aesthetician or cosmetology license in the state of Colorado
  • Colorado Chemical Peel and Advanced Exfoliation Certifications required
  • Loves to work with people in an open, collaborative environment
  • Passionate about continued education and learning new techniques
  • Maintaining a professional look and demeanor while working
  • Attendance, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

-Salary: Commission based on net services sales (28% - 30% starting rate) and products sales (10% ) as well as optional client gratuity (100%) full tips and bonus opportunities


-$60,000 - $90,000 Annually


Physical Requirements

  • Standing:Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time, up to 8-10 hours per shift.
  • Lifting:Must be able to lift and carry items up to 10-15 lbs on a regular basis. Occasional lifting of heavier items may be required with assistance or proper equipment.
  • Mobility:Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and perform other physical tasks related to the role
