What You Will Do

As the Designer, Graphics (Women/Youth), you will participate in the execution of high-quality designs across the Logowear and Graphics product categories, with a primary focus on Women's and Youth. You will work alongside a team of designers, balancing workloads to ensure exceptional creative execution and on-time delivery across multiple product calendars.

Working closely with the Design Manager and Global Design Director, you will help create seasonal concepts and artwork while driving innovation that connects with our consumers and strengthens the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Support the ideation and creation of graphics across the Logowear and Graphics categories, ensuring alignment with brand vision, seasonal direction, and business objectives.

Work collaboratively within a team of designers, executing work effectively to meet product development and merchandising timelines while maintaining the highest creative standards.

Partner with the Design Manager and Global Director in the development of seasonal concepts, graphic storytelling, and category-specific art creation.

Balance priorities across multiple product calendars, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with excellence.

Conduct ongoing research into consumer trends, cultural movements, competitive landscapes, and industry innovations to aid in the creation of graphic concepts and designs.

Work collaboratively with Product Development to deliver accurate and excellent consumer-ready products.

Participate in proof-of-concept development and present compelling visual concepts to internal management, merchandise partners, and external collaborators.

Support cross-functional collaboration to execute category graphic strategies and product tiering established by the Design Director.

Foster professional growth and development through continued learning, skill workshopping, brand/trend research, and regular briefing from Design Manager and Global Design leadership.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Success in this role requires a creative thinker who can balance concept development, execution, and team collaboration. You will create cohesive graphic concepts that align with brand positioning, product function, and consumer needs.

You will support the creative vision of the team and produce innovative, market-relevant graphics supported by thoughtful research and strong design execution. Your experience delivering commercially successful products and your understanding of premium performance brands will help elevate the Logowear and Graphics categories.

You will work supportively with your fellow designers, encourage innovative thinking, and champion sustainable design practices that reflect both our brand values and our commitment to responsible product creation.

What You Bring

  • Years of Related Professional Experience: 3-5+ years
  • Educational/Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design (apparel), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in flat sketching
  • Experience working with CADs
  • Experience in research and analysis of design and fashion trends
  • Ability to accept and utilize constructive art direction
  • Ability to lend a unique perspective and express a creative voice
  • Skills:
    • Ability to work within the framework of a team
    • Shows initiative
    • Working knowledge of utilizing color palettes.
    • Knowledge and understanding of apparel construction.
    • Strong communications skills, including the ability to present artwork and concepts to product teams
    • Knowledge of product design and development process.
    • Strong understanding of designing for market, trend, and end uses
    • Strong knowledge of aesthetic form and the ability to design for different consumers and end uses.

This role operates on a hybrid schedule out of our HQ in Denver, CO three days a week.

Hiring Range:

$82,080.00 USD - $102,600.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, orcommissionpotential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
