As part of FACE Amusement Group, we specialize in wholesome, family-friendly entertainment from celebrity chef-inspired dining to state-of-the-art arcades, duckpin bowling, and immersive attractions that bring people together.
We're looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager who's ready to lead the heart of the house, elevate culinary talent, and keep the kitchen running smoothly, all while having a blast doing it.

What You Will Do
As Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will help lead day-to-day BOH operations while developing a strong, skilled culinary team.
  • Support and supervise BOH Team Members
  • Develop and coach culinary talent to their fullest potential
  • Teach and enforce HACCP principles and food safety standards
  • Manage ordering, production, and inventory
  • Ensure proper staffing to meet guest demand
  • Monitor food quality, recipe adherence, and ticket times
  • Jump in hands-on at any station when needed
  • Assist guests with allergy protocols and table touches
  • Interact with guests and be part of the fun
  • Help meet business objectives and profitability goals
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal laws
  • Have fun every shift

What We are Looking For
Experience & Skills:
โ€ข 3+ years culinary management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
โ€ข At least 1 year supervising kitchen staff
โ€ข Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety
โ€ข Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
โ€ข Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
โ€ข Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
โ€ข Demonstrated leadership with a hands-on approach
Requirements:
โ€ข Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
โ€ข Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50lbs.
โ€ข Willing to assist at other FACE venues in the market
โ€ข Pass a hands-on culinary practical exam
โ€ข Enjoy interacting with guests from around the world
โ€ข Must enjoy having fun
