Role Description The Fabrication Welder is a full-time, on-site role based in Salina, KS. In this position, the team member fabricates and welds metal components and assemblies used in manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure, following engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Daily tasks include measuring and cutting materials, setting up and operating welding and metal fabrication equipment, and performing MIG/TIG or other welding processes to meet quality standards. The role involves inspecting finished welds for accuracy and structural integrity, performing basic repairs and maintenance on tools and equipment, and collaborating with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to support safe and efficient operations. The Fabrication Welder is also expected to follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and complete documentation related to work orders and inspections.
Qualifications
