This role owns total plant performance across a multi-process environment — including welding, large structural fabrication, and machining — and is responsible for delivering results in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Own

  • Develop Production Manager, supervisors, and department leads
  • Establish clear accountability across fabrication and machining workflows
  • Drive daily and weekly operating cadence to ensure execution

Operational & Business Impact

  • Reduce rework, improve throughput, and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Align plant output with company revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing multi-process operations (fab + machining highly preferred)
  • Strong operational decision-making and leadership skills
