If you love high profile and challenging projects supporting the US Navy- Serco has a great HYBRID opportunity for you! As a Senior F-35 Analyst, you will be supporting the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) Air Warfare Division (N98) through all phases of Naval Aviation F-35 resource management. This position is located in Arlington, VA (Pentatgon).
This position is contingent upon your ability to transfer/maintain your Top Secret/SCI clearance. This position is also contingent upon contract award.
Serco supports the US Navy as a contractor for their OPNAV N98 F-35 Support contract. Our team directly supports the OPNAV N98 staff with administrative and Naval Aviation resources analytical subject matter experts. You will be part of a 10-member team that works closely with the customer, onsite at the Pentagon to deliver quality resourcing analysis. The team has been recognized by the Navy and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program.
ACTIVE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
In this role you will:
  • Support the F-35 Branch Requirements Officers in analyzing current and future F-35 Requirements, Budget Programming and Execution, and Subject Matter Expertise. Assist requirements officers in developing briefings, presentations, point papers and correspondence related to F-35 aircraft warfare system.
  • Support the requirements officers as a Subject Matter Expert in the analysis of F-35 life-cycle including:
    • Provide analysis to N98 and D0N leadership on all aspects of F-35 inventory, to include platform capabilities; life extension measures; platform mix of air wings; planned transitions between TMS; and distribution of assets.
    • Assist with the development of Flag and SES-level presentations, to include crafting defensible strategies and considering alternative solutions for the USN F-35 programmatic structure.
    • Service as the TACAIR resource for Senior Staff on matters concerning F-35.
    • Provide analysis during program office acquisition events on the basis of ensuring requirements are understood and that the acquisition process will deliver products that meet anticipated timelines.
    • Coordinate with other PMAs, PEOs, Fleet Commands and other Services to analyze program interoperability issues.

To be successful in this role you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree with8+ years experience in Navy and Marine Corps Tactical Strike/Strike Fighter squadron operations.
  • An active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance (SAP Eligible) is required to be considered.
  • F-35 Pilot expeirence is required.
  • 3+ years' experience with DoN embarked carrier air wings.
  • Display an in-depth knowledge of the PPBE process.
  • Desired expert knowledge of F-35 program.
  • Travel may be required up to 10%.
