Job description

Job Summary:
F3 Technologies, Inc. is a national field service technology company specializing in payment technology installations and support. They are seeking a Field Implementation Technician to install, configure, and support point-of-sale (POS) systems for restaurant partners, with no prior technical experience required as comprehensive training is provided.
Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software at partner locations
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues independently
• Provide hands-on training to restaurant staff on POS functionality and best practices
• Deliver remote and on-site technical support to ensure minimal downtime
• Document all service work, including job details, equipment used, and resolution steps
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach at every interaction
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must be bilingual - English and Spanish
• No prior technical or POS experience needed. We train you!
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfort with frequent travel, including extended time on the road
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Availability Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with flexibility for weekend and overnight work
Preferred:
• Experience with POS systems, IT, field service, or a related technical field
• Restaurant industry experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
