In this role, you'll partner closely with the broker community to sell group employee benefit products (life, dental, disability, vision, critical illness) throughout DMV which includes but is not limited to DC, N. VA, and MD. We also have an outstanding service team to partner with you and prioritize your brokers' and client's needs!

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience required.
  • 4+ years related sales experience (group life, disability, dental, vision preferred).
  • Must have appropriate Life & Health licensing.
  • Excellent planning/interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, presentation, listening, oral and written communication skills required.
  • Must have time management and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced math skills are necessary, related to graphs, symbols, equations, etc.
  • Must be accurate and detail oriented.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial.
  • Travel required (up to 50%) including overnight stays.

Sales Executive (above qualifications apply along with below additions):
  • 6+ years related sales experience (group life, disability, dental, vision strongly preferred).

Salary Range Information
This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary combined with incentive earnings. The base salary will provide financial stability, while the incentive component offers additional earning potential based on performance metrics.

Salary Details
The following salary ranges reflect market-specific compensation for this position across multiple job levels. Candidates will be evaluated to determine the appropriate job level based on their skills and experience.
  • Sr. Sales Representative : $45,000 / year

Heavy Incentive compensation in addition to salary listed.
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
