Familiarity with fire alarm panels, fire extinguishers, and daily inspection logs is typically required. Attention to detail, reliability, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for ensuring safety and timely reporting of hazards. These skills and qualifications are essential to prevent fire incidents, ensure compliance, and protect lives and property in buildings under their supervision.
