Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to understand their financing needs and present tailored finance and insurance options.

• Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and dealership regulations while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Manage financial documents including contracts, funding packets, title work, and cash management.

• Negotiate competitive financing terms with banks and lending partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, vendors, and OEMs.

• Stay current on market trends, lending programs, and industry updates.

• Partner with the sales team to support deal structure, increase product penetration, and contribute to store goals.

• Train and support dealership staff on F&I processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure accurate and timely paperwork and funding.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales or F&I.

• Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.

• Proven success in customer engagement and relationship building.

• Strong understanding of automotive financing, lender programs, and compliance.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Valid driver’s license required.
