This position is responsible for driving service excellence, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring compliance with company, brand, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a passionate hospitality professional who leads by example, inspires associates, and is committed to delivering outstanding guest satisfaction while supporting the overall success of the hotel.

  • Achieve established goals for total customer satisfaction in Food & Beverage, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Respond to feedback and maintain ratings across various restaurant customer satisfaction survey platforms.
  • Establish and maintain recruitment and retraining programs.
  • Understand and supervise the responsibilities and duties of service staff.
  • Promptly address and resolve any requests from guests and diners.
  • Be thoroughly familiar with the outlet's menus-including translations and dish preparation times.
  • Supervise the work of assigned staff to ensure service is prompt, courteous, high-quality, and meets hotel standards.
  • Participate in meetings relevant to the position.
  • Punctuality regarding reports and meetings related to the role is required.
