  • Experience with refuse equipment manufacturers such as Heil, McNeilus, New Way, EZ Pack, or similar brands is a strong plus.
  • Ability to read schematics, exploded diagrams, and service manuals.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, order entry platforms, and shipping software such as UPS WorldShip or freight systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving service environment.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic systems, PTO systems, and refuse truck components is a plus.

Why Join Firematic?
  • Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid vacation, sick time, and company holidays
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Opportunities for advancement
  • Work alongside a team dedicated to supporting essential sanitation and public works operations
