$16-$25 per hour depending on experience.

LASH ARTIST/STYLIST CAREER DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Eyelash Extension Artist with definitive in-salon experience. This person must hold a Cosmetologist / Aesthetician License and will work full time in our Walnut Creek location.

Stylist must be licensed, experienced, a team player, reliable and responsible, and a HUGE plus to have at least 2 years of in-salon experience.

• Deliver customized eyelash experience designed to exceed client's expectations
• Utilize training, skills and expertise to consistently deliver services during consecutive appointments
• Actively seek and participate in advanced training, including new products, new services and more
• Uphold policies and standards as directed by state law and salon ownership
• Expertly guide guests to ideal services, upgrades and products
• Represent, grow and maintain the business through client interaction, product sales, membership sales, referrals and continued growth as a Lash Artist
• Positively contribute to the salon team, atmosphere and reputation of The Lash Lounge

LASH ARTIST/STYLIST QUALIFICATIONS

• Must at least be 1 year experienced in Lash extensions.
• Must be licensed Aestheticism or Cosmetologist – Lash Extension Experience a HUGE PLUS
• Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and follow proprietary application process
• Must be upbeat, energetic and positive contributor to the salon
• Must possess great customer service skills and engage well with teammates, guests and management
• Must be available to work flexible schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs the day to day application of our services to scheduled Lash Lounge clients, at the expected “Gold Standard” level.
• Thoroughly conducts expected client consultation prior to service application and inserts proper notes in client charts for future tracking.
• Responsible for work area, inventory management for necessary items needed at station, organization and cleanliness of overall treatment area.
• Responsible for proper sanitation of implements according to Lash Lounge protocol and Licensing
• Responsible for sharing in general cleanliness of salon including keeping common areas picked up and organized, helping with laundry duties, picking up and taking out trash, and helping wherever asked.
• Helps with promotion at supplementary events and performs, when asked, services during those promotional events to help market the salon and build the brand.
• All other duties as prescribed.

• Active Cosmetology, Aesthetician , or equivalent state license required.
