Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Technology Specialist to lead end-to-end solution design and ensure alignment with technical strategies. The role involves collaborating with senior management, delivering architectural guardrails, and integrating various systems to achieve cohesive solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Senior management to build and align solutions and translate business requirements into technical requirements for technical team members to drive into initiative and project design and delivery.
• Apply a broad understanding of the products, systems and technologies across the business portfolio and deep technical ability on integration of these components to deliver a cohesive E2E solution architecture for a given initiative.
• Compile, develop, and deliver architectural guardrail
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of validated experience in software engineering/enterprise architecture/technology leadership across multiple products, systems and/or platforms coupled with strong eye for business and executive presence.
• 6+ years of validated experience working in solutions design and enterprise architecture delivering technical solutions.
• 6+ years of validated experience in Enterprise applications, PLM (product lifecycle management), middle-tier services, databases, storage, distributed computing, virtualization, and/or application technology.
• 4+ years of validated experience in Cloud service provider (AWS, Client Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders.
Preferred:
• Agile Methodologies: Demonstrated success in advising matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams.
• Agile Project Management Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.
• Collaboration Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can apply.
• Product Management Experience implementing large and complex business/technology conversions as Product Manager or lead technology role.
