Expanding practice seeks a CRNA to work at a surgery center in Findlay, Ohio!

Company:

  • Nonprofit, integrated regional health system serving an eight-county region in Northwest Ohio
  • Over 4,000 patients served daily
  • One of only 45 members of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, giving physicians access to Mayo Clinic specialist consults at no cost to patients
  • Freestanding ambulatory surgery center with 4 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, and multiple procedure rooms — currently running 4–6 rooms daily with growth potential
  • Broader system includes a 150-bed hospital with Level III Trauma Center and a 25-bed community hospital
  • Precision Surgery Program with four da Vinci® Surgical Robots
  • Cerner/Oracle Health EMR, fully integrated with AI-assisted clinical documentation


Compensation:

  • Base salary: $310,000 guaranteed (W2, hospital-employed, 40 hrs/week)
  • Total compensation potential: $310K–$600K+
  • Signing bonus/student support: $100K, structured over 1–5 years
  • PTO: 368 hours annually (8 weeks vacation/CME plus paid holidays)
  • CME & board certification allowance: $4K annually
  • Overtime callback rate: $225/hour
  • Vacation payout up to 80 hours at hourly rate
  • 403(b) retirement with 4% employer match starting year two

Job/Practice Description: CRNA

  • Monday–Friday schedule, 5x8s, 7:00am–3:30pm
  • No call, no weekends, no holidays
  • High degree of autonomy and independence in practice
  • Overtime opportunities available
  • Diverse case mix: ENT, endoscopy, general surgery, urology, orthopedics, cataracts, pediatrics, podiatry, and ophthalmology
  • Collaborative environment with skilled surgeons and experienced OR staff


Requirements:

  • CRNA certification
  • Skills in peripheral nerve blocks, pediatrics, and IV regional blocks
  • No experience needed!
