BIM Detailer

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will support construction and design coordination efforts by producing accurate, build-ready models and documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong technical foundation and an eye for precision to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents to produce accurate fabrication and coordination details
  • Support clash detection and coordination processes across mechanical, electrical, and other building systems
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure models align with project requirements and constructability standards
  • Maintain consistent drafting standards and document control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between design intent and field conditions

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in construction or drafting
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Background in mechanical or electrical systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction documents
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SysQue
  • Familiarity with plumbing codes
