Position summary:
The Data Systems & Technology Manager is a technical leader who drives operational excellence through CRM management and technology adoption. Reporting to the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, this position combines technical expertise in data systems, analytics, and AI automation with a deep commitment to Branches' mission of partnering with families to build educational and financial assets, community, and hope. Key responsibilities include translating complex technical solutions into practical value for program staff, leadership, and stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the organization's CRM platform
  • Support the administration of program-specific data systems, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security
  • Design and document data workflows, standardized processes, and user guides that ensure consistent, accurate data entry and management
  • Configure automated reporting systems and maintain calendar of recurring data deliverables
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualization tools that display key organizational metrics and program outcomes
  • Provide technical support for data analysis, trend identification, and program evaluation activities
  • Implement and manage enterprise technology applications, including Microsoft 365
  • Ensure technology systems are accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational needs
  • Establish and manage ticketing systems for support requests and track resolution times and user satisfaction
  • Design, deploy, and manage AI workflows that automate repetitive processes and enhance productivity
  • Build and maintain AI automation systems using low-code/no-code platforms and AI frameworks
  • Develop automation solutions for data entry, report generation, and participant tracking
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on data systems, AI tools, and technology applications
  • Create documentation, video tutorials, and knowledge base resources that enable staff self-service and reduce support burden
  • Provide ongoing technical coaching and support to build organizational data literacy and AI fluency

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in data systems and technology management and business intelligence
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing CRM platforms or impact measurement systems
  • Hands-on experience with automation and workflow orchestration using AI tools
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and practical application of LLMs for automation
  • Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard creation using tools
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams) and cloud-based collaboration tools
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to conduct effective training sessions
  • Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with diverse stakeholders

Salary Description
