Job Summary:

We are seeking a Dip Operator to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for operating various PVC dip molding and coating ovens. No experience necessary. The Dip Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring dipping equipment used in the production of medical devices, industrial parts or coated products. This role ensures that all dipping, curing and finishing processes are carried out in accordance with company procedures, regulatory standards and customer specifications.

Key Duties:

- Operate, monitor and adjust dip molding or coating equipment to ensure consistent product quality.

- Set up machines according to specifications and established routing instructions - training will be provided.

- Operate secondary punch presses.

- Applying primer to parts to ensure proper bonding.

- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning.

- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy according to quality standards and product specifications.

- Record production data.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes.

- Follow safety protocols.

Experience:

- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not required

- Ability to read 2D drawings

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Using standard hand tools to complete the process such as pliers, screwdrivers, t-wrenches
