Audio Video Conferencing Engineer (Poly, Teams & Zoom)
 
• Design and deploy AV and collaboration systems for business units, including Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Zoom Rooms, and PexIP/CVI interoperability gateways.
• Support project rollouts for new conference rooms, huddle spaces, event areas, and hybrid collaboration setups.
• Configure and maintain HP/Poly conferencing systems (G7500, Studio X, RealPresence, Trio) and Barco ClickShare devices.
• Integrate AV-over-IP, NDI, Dante, VLANs, QoS, and other networking principles into enterprise AV ecosystems.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support during project deployments, ensuring business units receive timely issue resolution and technical guidance.
• Partner with business units to understand requirements and deliver AV/collaboration solutions tailored to their needs.
• Manage end-to-end project deployments, including planning, implementation, testing, and handover to operations teams.
• Coordinate vendor resources and oversee installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of AV systems.
• Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies to business and IT leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in AV engineering, collaboration infrastructu re, or enterprise technology project delivery.
• Proven ability to design and implement AV systems for business units, including hybrid and executive spaces.
• Strong project delivery skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent AV deployments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, PexIP, and multi-platform interoperability.
• Familiarity with AV-over-IP, NDI, Dante, VLANs, QoS, and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on expertise with AV control systems (Crestron, Extron) and room scheduling solutions (EMS, FreeSpace).
