Sports Strength & Speed Coach – Client Builder + Program Developer

We are seeking a Sports Strength and Speed Coach who wants a home base to train their own clients while also helping grow our athlete performance program. The ideal coach already has clients or wants to build a roster and is looking for a space, structure, and community to expand their coaching impact. You will train your own clients in our facility and also create strength and speed classes athletes from our community can join.
Key Responsibilities

Bring and Train Your Own Clients (Primary Focus)
• Use our facility as your main coaching space
• Bring in your current clients and train them in our environment
• Build your own personal client roster of youth, high school, or small-group athletes
• Deliver consistent coaching, movement instruction, and session quality
• Maintain a professional, organized, athlete-first training environment
Develop Classes and Programs (Secondary Focus)
• Create new strength and speed classes for athletes to join
• Design progressive training sessions focused on speed, strength, agility, and athletic development
• Tailor programs to multi-sport athletes including soccer, football, basketball, track, and volleyball
• Integrate biomechanics, mobility, and injury-prevention strategies
• Coach Monday through Thursday classes with flexibility for your own client hours
Athlete Coaching and Development
• Teach sprint mechanics, lifting technique, plyometrics, and fundamental movement skills
• Adjust training loads and provide ongoing technical feedback
• Track athlete progress and communicate with parents when necessary
• Support a training culture centered around effort, discipline, and long-term athletic development
Skills and Knowledge
• Strong background in strength training, speed development, and injury reduction
• Ability to coach, motivate, and communicate with youth and teen athletes
• Ability to demonstrate exercises and manage the training space safely
• Experience in sports performance or strength and conditioning settings preferred
