Who You Are:

You are energetic, collaborative, results driven and experienced in production management. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment, are curious and have the vision to provide a compelling point of view and influence key decisions. You demonstrate a passion for the brand, specifically ready-to-wear, inspire individuals and rely on leadership skills to plan and accomplish goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee buy process in including working with global teams to resolve minimum issues
  • Work with overseas vendors to confirm and manage on time delivery of finished gods
  • Upload and maintain final order quantities in PLM
  • Communicate daily with all vendors/agents regarding changes/updates throughout production process
  • Review all delivery extensions, early shipments, air shipments, etc.
  • Track and maintain bulk delivery schedule with overseas factories and logistics team.
  • Track global FGPO booking reports
  • Manage ECOMM copy requests and tracking excel document
  • Manage Style Master Data Extract review/ updates in RLM and assign UPC description for all SKU's
  • Issue UPC information for all divisions to factories each season
  • Maintain and disseminate global shipping manuals and packaging standards/changes
  • Ad hoc reporting & analysis of vendor performance
  • Mange 1-2 direct reports

Job Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of Production experience
  • Excellent follow-up, negotiation and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Strong Interpersonal and analytical skills are a must
  • Excellence in Excel is crucial
  • Knowledge of PLM systems helpful
