Extraction Leads often work in industries like mining, oil and gas, or chemical processing, and play a key role in maintaining equipment, monitoring environmental standards, and troubleshooting operational issues.

What are some common challenges an extraction lead faces when managing a team in a production environment?

Extraction Leads often encounter challenges such as ensuring consistent product quality, managing workflow bottlenecks, and maintaining safety standards within the extraction lab.
