  • Work two Monday–Friday stretches per month, 8:00a–4:30p, with no call and no holidays
  • Document all encounters in Epic EMR, ensuring accurate and timely records
  • Collaborate with support staff including RNs, PA/NPs, and office staff to deliver high-quality care
