Whether it's designing components or engineering complete solutions, Richardson RFPD's worldwide design centers and technical sales team provide comprehensive support for customers' go-to-market strategy, from prototype to production.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Propose designs & development and maintenance of processes and tools to support interval & external customer service levels and operational KPIs are met.
  • Provides technical support on set up & Implementation of new customer and services engagements.
  • Provides timely communication and escalation issues and works resolutions • Support implementation and drive documentation and reporting of key metrics and results
