Job Description Warehouse Manager Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | First Shift Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Cincinnati, Ohio that's expanding its Manufacturing team. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse and distribution activities while developing a high-performing team. This position oversees shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, material movement, freight coordination, and external warehouse activities.

The ideal candidate brings significant warehouse leadership experience, strong inventory control knowledge, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SAP and manufacturing or regulated operations is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Leadership & Operations Lead, train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel.

Serve as the warehouse subject matter expert and establish operational best practices. Oversee daily shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and material movement. Ensure materials move efficiently and accurately through receiving, picking, staging, and shipping.

Participate in warehouse audits, inspections, and facility tours. Lead warehouse improvement projects and cross-functional operational initiatives. Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Inventory & SAP Process and oversee receipt and shipment transactions within SAP. Review and reconcile shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy. Oversee cycle counting activities and investigate inventory discrepancies.

Maintain accurate inventory records across internal and external warehouse locations. Coordinate intercompany inventory transfers. Monitor inventory levels and order warehouse and operational supplies as needed.

Coordinate third-party activities, including external sterilization and testing. Manage scrap collection and disposal in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Quality & Compliance Maintain required quality system documentation and regulatory records.

Ensure warehouse activities comply with established procedures, quality requirements, and applicable regulations. Support internal and external audits and resolve identified warehouse issues. Promote accuracy, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement throughout warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 6+ years of warehouse or distribution experience. 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management best practices. Strong Microsoft Excel and general PC skills. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop employees.

Experience creating, documenting, and implementing SOPs. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of SAP experience. Experience in manufacturing, high-volume distribution, or a regulated industry.

Experience coordinating third-party logistics, sterilization, or testing activities. Experience managing freight carriers and external warehouse operations. Technical or vocational education.
