Job Summary:
The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and optimizing Pinnacle's loan processing and servicing functions. This role ensures the accurate and timely management of loan documentation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient workflow across the loan operations team. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and deliver exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process and review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness; ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements; monitor and report on loan operations performance metrics; collaborate with underwriting, servicing, and other departments to optimize workflow; identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy; resolve complex issues related to loan processing and servicing; maintain accurate records and documentation; support audits and quality assurance initiatives; provide training and guidance to team members; stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
