Job TitleExternal Manufacturing LeaderJob DescriptionLead execution across a complex global third-party manufacturing network within a highly regulated medical device environment.Your role:Strengthen infrastructure, elevate operational rigor, and build scalable processes across a global spend portfolio supporting external manufacturing partnersManage multiple CMOs simultaneouslyโ€”operating at both the site and strategic levelsOwn the operational performance of a global network of third-party manufacturers, ensuring execution excellence across supply continuity, quality, cost, and deliveryBuild a strong interdependent relationship across the CMO partners, and engages with site and business leadership with high degrees of collaborationDriving End to End supply chain execution and performance accountabilityYou're the right fit if:Youโ€™ve acquired 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or 3+ years of experience with a Masterโ€™s degree. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in process development or manufacturing engineering preferredYour skills include demonstrated experience with electromechanical medical devices, strong knowledge of medical device regulations, quality systems and manufacturing validation requirements, ability to manage cross-functional teams, ability to influence at senior leadership levels, scalable processes from development to high-volume manufacturingYou have Bachelor's / Master's Degree in mechanical, biomedical, electrical or manufacturing engineering. Masterโ€™s degree preferred. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certificationYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this positionHow we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
