Bachelor's degree with 2-5+ years of experience.
Active DoD Secret Clearance (Required)

Job Description
Support manufacturing operations through analysis, planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Assist with production planning, material management, quality initiatives, financial analysis, and operational performance improvements in a team-based manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support production, business, and manufacturing operations processes.
  • Assist with production planning, scheduling, and control activities.
  • Participate in quality improvement and process optimization initiatives.
  • Support material management, manufacturing systems, and operational performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Provide training and support to team members as needed.
  • Interact with internal and external customers regarding planning, problem resolution, and process improvements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
  • Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance (in-scope within the last 6 years).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, or plant finance.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous internship, co-op, or related professional experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • GPA of 3.5 or higher.
  • Active U.S. Government security clearance.
