Job description

PEST MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL

Job Purpose:

To service all customers in a manner that rids the pest problems in the most efficient and effective manner with total considerations of the law, the label, safety and respect to all involved.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain MA pesticide application license requirements

2. Pass all appropriate QualityPro training courses during 90-day probation

3. Adhere to all safety rules regulations and label specs.

4. To apply materials only as specified by the label. Understand that the label is the law.

5. To complete all callbacks.

6. To service all scheduled accounts within the time limit of our agreements

7. To inspect and monitor facilities as you work.

8. To fill out all paperwork as you work and complete the paperwork clearly and precisely to avoid potential mistakes or miscommunications as well as file it on time and to the appropriate person.

9. To meet and if possible exceed established individual and team commitments in our sales and marketing plans

10. Establish new customer contacts, prospects for fresh leads, sell and/or turn over leads to the sales department.

11. Work cooperatively with all departments and employees.

12. Maintain clean and safe vehicles and drive courteously at all times.

13. Continue educational training for license requirements

14. Conduct oneself in a professional manner socially, professionally & personally

15. Maintain social media code of conduct

16. Report all incidents, accidents, mishaps to management IMMEDIATELY

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must have the ability to sell and communicate

a. experience preferred.

2. Must have great written, verbal, follow up and telephone communication skills.

3. Excellent human relations skills- a sense of humor, a quick smile and thick skin

4. Basic skills in reading, writing and math. Is able to follow directions for mixing, calculating formulations and loading tanks. Must be able to follow safety directions.

5. Stamina needed to operate equipment

6. Must be willing to participate in all correction efforts.
