Exterior Siding Installer Jobs (NOW HIRING)

COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS is seeking experienced Residential Exterior Installers to join our growing team. This position is ideal for skilled professionals with experience in siding, exterior remodeling, trim work, and residential construction who take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service.

Pay Range: $32–$39/hour
(Includes a $27–$34 base hourly rate plus an average $5/hour company-paid benefits contribution.)

What You’ll Do:
• Install residential siding systems including vinyl, engineered siding, fiber cement, and related exterior products
• Remove and replace existing siding and exterior materials
• Install soffit, fascia, trim, flashing, window and door wraps, and exterior finishing details
• Measure, cut, bend, and fit materials accurately using hand and power tools
• Perform repair work, custom installations, and exterior remodeling projects as assigned
• Work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts at varying heights
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and homeowners
• Troubleshoot and solve installation challenges in the field
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in residential siding, exterior remodeling, carpentry, or related construction work
• Experience with vinyl siding, aluminum trim work, soffit/fascia installation, or fiber cement products preferred
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment used in exterior construction
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
