Role Summary

As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you’ll work outdoors with a team completing window cleaning and pressure washing services for residential and commercial customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in quality, and wants to grow into higher-paying and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform exterior cleaning services (windows, siding, driveways, etc.)
  • Safely use ladders and equipment on job sites
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to complete daily jobs
  • Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures
  • Communicate with customers on-site when needed

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and handle ladders up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet all day
  • Ability to pass a background check

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or general labor
  • Customer service or sales experience
  • Experience working in team-based environments

 Schedule / Location

  • Full-time (40–45 hours/week)
  • Monday–Saturday (Depending on shift assigned)
  • Day shifts
  • Overtime available
  • Local routes (home base + service area)
