Extension Associates frequently work alongside local organizations, educational institutions, and community leaders to identify needs and co-create outreach initiatives. This collaboration involves conducting needs assessments, organizing workshops, and facilitating communication between university experts and the public. These partnerships help ensure that programs are relevant, accessible, and impactful for local audiences.
