What you'll do: 

Lead product management team of world-class engineers and Salesforce.com experts. 

Drive an exciting and new strategic partnership forward with an external, Salesforce.com consultancy who will help our team accelerate capability delivery and scale.

On a day to day basis, you will oversee the team to configure, maintain and enhance Salesforce.com while organizing and managing project work among the team to drive predictable delivery.

Work with and influence cross-functional stakeholders to break down barriers and deliver new capabilities with speed and agility.

Lead global system design and the broader vision for Salesforce.com, in addition to managing the Salesforce.com product.

Ensure that industry best practices are used in designing global processes and application configuration to meet business needs.

Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Oversee program financial management and deliver progress updates to leadership.

This role includes a blend of CRM strategy and consulting, CRM product and project management, team leadership and partner collaboration.
