Job description

An established high-volume retail and mail-order pharmacy with operations in Texas and Florida is seeking a Part-Time Pharmacist in Charge for their Clearwater, FL location. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for a pharmacist with strong verification experience and active licensure in both Florida and California.


Location: Clearwater, Florida

Term of Assignment: 13-Weeks | Start ASAP


Schedule:

  • 1st Shift
  • Flexible scheduling available
  • Pharmacy is willing to work around candidate availability
  • Approximately 20–24 hours per week


Job Duties:

  • Verify prescriptions in a high-volume pharmacy setting
  • Handle inbound calls from patients and physician offices regarding medications
  • Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with pharmacy regulations
  • Support daily pharmacy operations in both retail and mail-order workflow environments


Requirements:

  • Active and clear Pharmacist licenses in both Florida and California
  • Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience
  • Strong attention to detail and verification accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
