Job description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Part time Pharmacist to join our mail order pharmacy team in North Palm Beach. This role ensures the safe and precise dispensing of medications, maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements, and supports efficient pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications in accordance with physician orders and company protocols
  • Ensure all prescriptions meet legal, safety, and accuracy standards prior to distribution
  • Perform final verification of medications prepared for shipment
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure workflow efficiency
  • Effectively utilize pharmacy systems and technology platforms to support workflow and accuracy
  • Document and resolve any discrepancies or medication-related issues
  • Uphold strict quality assurance and accuracy standards at all times
  • Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced or changing work environment


Required Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the State of Florida (required)Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the State of California (required)
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy
  • Experience in mail order, retail, or hospital pharmacy is a bonus

  • Ability to work flexible per diem hours as needed
