Job description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Express Service Manager to lead our fast-paced service team. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and have a passion for automotive service and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the express service department
  • Manage and train express service advisors 
  • Ensure quick, efficient, and high-quality service for all customers
  • Maintain workflow to meet productivity and revenue goals
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment needs
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
  • Clearly explain recommended services, timelines, and costs
  • Create and manage repair orders
Requirements:
