ย ย What You'll Do

  • Manage daily operations of the express lube department, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Maintain high standards for guest service, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive experience.
  • Monitor and manage department performance metrics, including productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Oversee scheduling, training, and team member development.
  • Maintain inventory levels of parts, fluids, and other necessary supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and other departments to provide seamless service.
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (hours can vary between 7:00am - 5:30pm / 40 hours/wk)
Pay: $42,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience

  • Previous management experience in an automotive service or express lube environment preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Punctuality is a must.

  • Knowledge of express lube operations, including oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in automotive software and systems is a plus.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and a clean driving record.
